(2) The topography of the tract to be subdivided could cause an unusual or unnecessary hardship on the subdivider by strict compliance with the ordinance. |
(3) The condition or nature of the adjoining areas could cause unusual or unnecessary hardship on the subdivider by strict compliance with the ordinance. |
(4) The existence of other unusual physical conditions not caused by the applicant's own actions could cause unusual or unnecessary hardship on the subdivider by strict compliance with the ordinance. |
