(Editor's Choice Award, 1995) Bill's Hot Dogs are spread with some kind of wicked bean/chili and mustard. They soak in a hot pepper oil substance until they're drawn up and wrinkled. It seems most folks can down two or three without blinking -- me, I need heavy Pepcid AC with my meal.The Stand is a true Washington landmark.There's a new location in town--over by the Winn-Dixie--these dogs never rest. And they're still cheap.
