(4) The existence of other unusual physical conditions not caused by the applicant's own actions could cause unusual or unnecessary hardship on the subdivider by strict compliance with the ordinance.
Statement by Applicant:

          I certify that all of the information presented by me in this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief. I authorize the City of Washington to place a sign on the property in question for the purpose of alerting the general public of my request, no less than seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
NOTE: APPLICANTS, AND/OR THEIR AGENTS OR PARTIES OF INTEREST ARE PROHIBITED FROM ANY CONTACT IN RELATION TO THIS MATTER WITH PLANNING BOARD AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.
